WHO I AM
Eric is passionate about leading, growing, developing, and scaling technical SaaS teams and speaking to others about how they can motivate and inspire their team members. He believes that small daily improvements lead to transformational changes and that growing and developing individual's personal and professional abilities leads to long term growth and success. Eric is a senior technology leader with a proven track record of building and managing technical organizations for start-ups and evolving companies.
Storytelling is part of Eric’s everyday life as he leads a global pre-sales team who has to weave a story into every presentation they give to prospects and customers. Over the years he has spoken to sales professionals about everything from improving their presentation skills to dealing with change. You will find Eric speaking at Sales Kick Offs, Industry Events, Tradeshows, Conferences, and even his daughter's school events.
During his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Tashawna and their daughter Sophia, who is currently part of the Momentum All-Stars Competitive Cheer Team. If they are not at cheer practice or a competition, you can find Eric and his family running Obstacle Course Races around Colorado.

Eric was Vice President, Products where he led a cross-functional team of software engineers, architects, customer support, QA, and offshore contractors. He was one of the original employees who helped create the company from the ground up. Speaker at Industry Events and Conferences.

Eric was Director, Social Media for Momentum Allstars Competitive Cheer program, which is a nationally ranked Division 2 cheerleading gym.
Eric is Sr. Regional Manager, Sales Engineering, where he is a 2nd line leader, providing mentorship, leadership, and sales support to SEs and sales in the Western US.
